Kathy Rennell Forbes

Kathy Rennell Forbes is an accomplished International artist and instructor. She recently taught watercolor workshops in Cuba, Italy, Spain, and the USA. Her artwork is in private and corporate collections around the world, including the French Olympic Committee in Paris. Kathy is a Signature Member and past President of the Georgia Watercolor Society and has won awards in local, regional, and national shows. She earned her BFA in Art and Art Education from the University of Georgia in Athens.

Kathy creates and exhibits at Studio Z in Atlanta’s historic Westside Arts District.  She was commissioned for a ceiling painting by Oprah’s chef Art Smith’s restaurant Southern Art in Buckhead. Several of her artworks have been purchased or filmed in TV series; NBC’s "Parenthood" and USA Network’s "Unnecessary Roughness."
