Charles McNeal
Sporadic yet tranquil, Charles E. McNeal's artwork displays his constant desire to experiment with new and open-minded concepts. McNeal is an emerging artist who was born in Bradenton, Florida in 1992. Photography has been a passion of his since he was a child but McNeal truly discovered art during his freshman year in high school. Under the guidance of his art teacher Cathy Campbell, he began to develop as an artist; McNeal is currently working on his artistic career in Atlanta, Georgia.
